Escape to the San Juan Islands

Lopez Island has been named the “friendly Isle” and motorists wave at each passing car. The gentle terrain offers wonderful bicycling with gorgeous vistas ranging from grazing sheep to beautiful bays. The Village is the center of island activity – home of Holly B’s Bakery, The Haven Kitchen & Bar, Vita’s Wildly Delicious gourmet take-out, Bucky's Grill, Setsunai - Kraut-Kimchi-Noodle Bar, the Lopez Bookshop, The Lopez Grind Coffee Shop, and Isabel’s Espresso. On the boardwalk, The Chimera Gallery, features the work of this Island’s thriving artistic community.

The Islands Marine Center (IMC) on Fisherman Bay Road, just minutes from the Village, is a full-service marina with moorage, over-winter boat storage, a marine supply store, and knowledgeable staff. Float planes land and take off from the Lopez Islander Resort & Marina dock adjacent to the IMC. Lopez Kayaks operates from this location as well, for summer fun.

Enjoy the Pacific Northwest at its best with a year-round home or secluded retreat with utmost privacy, whilst enjoying the sophisticated comforts of a vibrant small island community. Truly, a small bit of paradise…
